The changes in our society and culture, and in the field of technology have all recently led to new challenges and demands in schools: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

These
challenges can no longer be dealt with by means of conventional teaching
and learning methods alone. In many European countries there are increasing indications of job dissatisfaction, demotivation on the part of teachers, even to the extent of drop-out and Burnout syndrome. |
