Generell Targets of the E:BOP-Project
	The project-team will develop a teacher in-service-training-concept, which concentrates on these tendencies (see preface and approach), with a view to giving support to teachers as they face these challenges:
	There are 3 levels of burnout–prevention:
	• Personal-oriented prevention-strategies • Team- and institution-oriented prevention strategies • Professional-oriented prevention strategies
	Therefore the project-team developed 4 Modules for in-service-training:
	Module 1: Personal and professional identity Module 2: Co-operation and communication Module 3: New ways of teaching and learning Module 4: Theory and practice in the field of difficult behaviour
